Any claims must be brought within one year of the completion of the relevant project.
We will maintain the confidentiality of your proprietary information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or for project execution.
We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
